This was a highspeed stacking cell that used ABB delta robots with line tracking and visual identification capability to stack baby wipes in stacks of two to five. Labels were then applied via a third-party labeler integrated with our system. Vision inspection was performed on each label via a Cognex camera to drive product rejection of all out of spec product with a software cammed servo.
